Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Scale existing business channels and find out new growth opportunities
• Analyze daily business performance.
• Monitor operations with internal and external partners.
• Manage and improve processes to optimize the output.
• Track targets/incentives to ensure compliance.
• Manage marketing campaigns as part of P&L ownership.
• Suggest product changes for user/agent workflow optimization.

• Experience:
• • 1 to 2 years of experience in growth, business or product roles.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
• Education:

  • MBA or equivalent post-graduation degree would be positive.
