Vyapar is hiring for the role of Growth Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Scale existing business channels and find new growth opportunities.
• Analyze daily business performance.
• Monitor operations with internal and external partners.
• Manage and improve processes to optimize the output.
• Track targets/incentives to ensure compliance.
• Manage marketing campaigns as part of P&L ownership.
• Suggest product changes for user/agent workflow optimization.

Requirements:

• Graduation or equivalent degree, preferably in engineering, from a premier institute.
• MBA or equivalent post-graduation degree would be considered positively.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in growth, business, or product roles.
• Startup experience is considered an additional asset.
• Proficiency and comfort with handling data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with P&L ownership or process ownership is valued.
