Fynd is hiring for the role of Growth Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support growth campaigns across email, social, content, SEO, and community channels
• Assist with product-led growth experiments — landing pages, microsites, forms, and in-product workflows
• Contribute to lead research & prospecting: build lists, help set up ABM sequences, and support the BDR team
• Help execute content initiatives — emails, case studies, thought leadership, and LinkedIn posts
• Track performance using dashboards and reporting tools, turning data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with sales, design, CX, and product teams to align on GTM efforts
• Stay curious about AI tools and new growth tactics, bringing fresh ideas to the table

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, growth, marketing, or demand generation
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn — you don’t need to know it all, but you should love figuring things out
• Be an AI enthusiast: Stay on top of the new tools emerging and trends taking place to take informed decisions across your growth channels.
• Interest in startups, SaaS, and AI products
• Comfort with numbers and data analytics - SQL is a must; Google Analytics, MS Excel is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Hustle, creativity, and ability to work across multiple projects at once
