LCX is hiring for the role of Growth Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Audience Growth & Strategy: Strategically approach quality audience growth across key media channels.
• Product Communication: Build and execute the communication roadmap for campaign launches while responding swiftly to key milestones.
• Media & Influencer Relationships: Manage relationships with high-profile financial media, DeFi media, and influencers to boost brand visibility.
• Institutional Media Strategy: Plan and execute growth strategies targeting institutional audiences.
• KPI Tracking & Reporting: Plan, execute, and track KPIs from individual and team-wide growth activities.
• Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the team to create user growth strategies and tactics to achieve milestones and KPIs.
• Team Expansion: Support team growth by coordinating the hiring plan and working with internal and external hiring resources.
• User Loyalty: Develop creative ideas and strategies for user loyalty programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, product, engineering, and data analytics teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Crisis Communication: Assist in managing and addressing crisis communication when required.

Requirements:

• Have a strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including projects, with a keen interest in Web3 technologies.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the crypto social ecosystem, particularly platforms like Twitter, with an active presence in crypto communities being a plus.
• Have at least 1+ years of experience supporting growth and BD activities in successful crypto or blockchain-related projects, including exchanges.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a rapidly growing project.
• Have strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content and drive engagement.
• Possess analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
• Have an understanding of or experience with the European market, including unique user growth approaches in the region
