Testbook is hiring for the role of Growth Associate!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Primary Focus: Manage the CRM system. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, In-App, etc.) to increase engagement and retention.
• Current State Analysis: Analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and explore new features for retention marketing to
  improve user engagement & enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Analytical Mindset: Track the performance of CRM campaigns and report insights and
  recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
• Government Exam Landscape: Understanding of this landscape is preferred but not necessary.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Tech background preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns & proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including video editors, Graphics, Content & Category Marketing Teams. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels.
• Must be a quick learner - Technology driven.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
