UBS is hiring for the role of Group Treasury Operations - XVA!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Investigate SIMM disputes across various asset classes – equities, Rates, FX & Comm, Credit & Comm, Credit.
• Investigate and resolve SIMM Model disputes.
• Identify clients and products in-scope for SIMM.
• Take appropriate action to being in-scope and remove out-of-scope trades;
• Identify monitoring breaks and raise them with sales to initiate papering;
• Identify open breaks and fix them with overrides to minimalize IM disputes;
• Run daily reports, flagging and resolving any errors in the daily process, identifying and escalating risks;
• Publish daily and monthly reports presenting SIMM statistics;
• Investigate breaks arising from STP; and be responsible for raising risk in time;
• Facilitate break/exception remediation with Front Office functions, Finance, and other Operations teams;
• Facilitate new business initiatives, projects, and other change-related work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering along with a good understanding of financial markets, products, and processes.
• knowledge of automation tools i.e. Alteryx, Python, PowerBi, etc. is beneficial.
• Able to take ownership of the design and operating effectiveness of key controls and processes;
• Able to plan, organize, and monitor your day-to-day work with minimal guidance;
• Must be organized and good at time management;
• Must be proactive, driven, and results-oriented.
• Be a dedicated team player and able to collaborate across functions to deliver results.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, efficient, and able to work under pressure.
