WNS Global Services Private Limited is hiring for the role of Group Manager - HR!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Establish credibility within the business.
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness in task execution.
  • Grasp the global business context.
  • Develop HR capabilities aligned with business needs.
  • Facilitate organizational capacity for change.
  • Support and sustain change initiatives.
  • Innovate HR practices aligned with business priorities.
  • Integrate HR solutions for critical business challenges.
  • Review Business Quotient Metrics (BQMs) to identify and address non-performing individuals.
  • Ensure employees are competent in at least two roles.
  • Monitor Front Line Managers' engagement with staff.
  • Implement succession planning strategies using assessment centers and training workshops.
  • Maintain a skill-directory for each Line of Business (LOB).
  • Review top talent progress monthly for each vertical.
  • Improve the existing recognition and reward framework.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to communicate annual KRAs.
  • Align learning strategies with business goals.
  • Measure and provide relevant ROI.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications- MBA HR
  • Demonstrate proven experience in HR or senior HR roles.
  • Exhibit expertise in strategic planning and implementation.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of HR functions, including talent management and recruitment.
  • Use metrics and analytics to inform HR decisions.
  • Understand local and international labor laws.
  • Work proficiently with MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Demonstrate aptitude in communication and public speaking.
