Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Utilize expertise in investments and financial markets to assess risk factors associated with investment portfolios.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for Daily, Monthly, and Weekly risk assessments.
• Ensuring regular delivery of various reports to stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for reporting purposes.
• Create comprehensive and visually informative dashboards to present risk metrics and insights by using visualization tools like Tableau.
• Employ Python, SQL, Tableau, and other relevant tools to enhance reporting efficiency and automation.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on risk analysis to optimize investment strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging automation technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA, CFA, FRM preferred.
• Significant experience in automation and building tools using financial data and Python and SQL
• Proficiency in automation tools like Python and visualization tools like Tableau.
• Investment Risk management experience
• Experience working for an asset manager, demonstrating understanding of servicing client’s needs.
• Proven experience as an Investment Risk Analyst or similar role in the financial markets.
• Thorough understanding of investment products, financial market terminology, and risk management concepts.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey risk analysis findings to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment
