Wipro is hiring for the role of GRC Process!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Be an Ambassador for Wipro's tenets and values.
• Manage teams of consultants/work streams and quality assurance of other work streams/projects/programs as a Consulting Project Manager or equivalent.
• Focus on clients and be tenacious in solving client issues and achieving client objectives. Demonstrate the experience of a "well-rounded" consultant. Be flexible in approach and coordinate resources with expertise in various areas.
• Be responsible for workstream budgets and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Be seen as a trusted advisor to senior clients and secure great feedback from clients.
• Have a decisive and directive delivery focus with a can-do attitude. Demonstrate both hard and soft skills.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff. Build trust and confidence through a focus on quality and delivery.
• Be effective at engaging with clients, and extracting information, e.g., developing facilitation and communication skills.
• Be responsible for ensuring project administration is up to date, e.g., SoW.
