GRC Analyst Job in Bangalore at Decathlon

Decathlon is hiring for the role of GRC Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in maintaining and improving the organization’s compliance posture with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Support the execution of vendor risk assessments, including collecting, reviewing, and analyzing third-party security documentation.
• Help draft and maintain security policies, procedures, and audit documentation.
• Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
• Assist in tracking and following up on remediation activities related to audit findings or compliance issues.
• Support the GRC team in maintaining risk registers, compliance dashboards, and reporting metrics.
• Contribute to the creation of awareness materials and training programs on security and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field. 
• Basic understanding of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and general data protection principles.
• Familiarity with vendor security assessments or third-party risk management is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
