Uplers is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Graphic Design: Creating eye-catching and effective designs for various mediums, such as digital, print, and social media, in line with our brand guidelines
• Concept Development: Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that meet project objectives
• Visual Communication: Designing layouts, graphics, and visual elements that effectively communicate the intended message and resonate with our target audience
• File Management: Organizing and maintaining design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organized for future reference
• Client Collaboration: Working closely with clients to understand their design needs, incorporating feedback, and delivering design solutions that exceed their expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design versatility
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present design concepts and ideas
