Graphic Designer Job in Noida at Team Variance

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for both print and digital media, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Design and prepare materials for print, including posters, business cards, and promotional materials.
• Develop custom illustrations or icons to enhance visual storytelling.
• Retouch and enhance photos as needed for various projects.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interpret and implement feedback.
