Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various purposes, including digital and print media.
• Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity and guidelines across all design projects.
• Create engaging visuals for website content, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts and presenting ideas to team members.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they align with project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to consistently deliver fresh and innovative designs.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Creativity and the ability to think conceptually to bring ideas to life visually.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
