RDS Digital is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, stories & reels
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
• Work on brand identity elements (logo, typography, colors)
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to execute campaigns
• Develop layouts for website graphics, emailers, and promotional materials
• Edit images, illustrations, and videos when required
• Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and quality standards
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and styles
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver on time

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colors, and design principles
• Ability to create original concepts and adapt styles based on brand requirements
• Basic video editing skills (Premier Pro / After Effects / CapCut) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to take feedback and improve designs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
