Uffizio is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Creative Thinking: Actively conceptualize and develop fresh, innovative designs that effectively communicate marketing messages and elevate the brand.
• Social Media Graphics: Create engaging post designs, stories, advertisements, and profile visuals optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Print Materials: Brochures, flyers, event banners, business cards, and other marketing materials.
• Digital Assets: Design visually engaging layouts for e-books, email templates, display ads, and professional presentation decks.
• Videos: Create, edit, and produce marketing videos for social media and website use.
• Maintain and enforce strict adherence to the company’s brand guidelines across all creative outputs to ensure a cohesive identity.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, high-quality, and properly optimized for their intended medium (correct print specifications, digital file sizes, aspect ratios, etc.).
• Manage and organize the digital asset library (photos, videos, graphics, templates).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
• Proficiency in Figma for user interface (UI) design is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout techniques.
• Ability to think creatively and solve visual problems independently.
