Graphic Designer Job in Surat at Dechcept

Dechcept is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design social media posts, banners, digital ads, presentations.
• Translate brand guidelines into visual assets across multiple client accounts.
• Contribute to the development of brand identity assets including color palettes, and typography.
• Maintain visual consistency across all design work for each brand.
• Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, ad creatives, landing pages, and emailers.
• Create storyboards, mockups, and concept visuals for pitch presentations and social strategies.
• Work closely with content writers, social media managers, and digital marketers.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions for new ideas and campaigns.
• Adapt designs to multiple sizes/formats and revise as per feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Organize, name, and store project files efficiently for future reference.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a design role (agency experience is a plus).
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and social media work.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience working on multiple brands and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Figma, After Effects (bonus).
