DraconX is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design promotional materials including flyers, banners, brochures, ads, social media creatives, and reels.
• Adapt designs for both digital and print requirements.
• Create visually engaging posts, stories, and campaigns for social media platforms.
• Monitor content performance and adjust designs to boost reach and engagement.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines, tone, and messaging.
• Maintain a unified brand identity across platforms and campaigns.
• Use tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar to create high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with new design trends and tools to enhance creative output.
• Develop creative campaigns that increase visibility, generate leads, and improve conversions.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams to design materials for campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital design requirements.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
