Jupiter is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design eye-catching and conversion-focused creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging performance marketing assets such as banners, display ads, and video thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Optimize and iterate designs based on performance data and A/B testing insights.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to streamline and enhance design processes where applicable.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or fintech environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
• Basic knowledge of AI design tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, or Adobe Firefly.
• Understanding of social media trends and performance marketing principles.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
