Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creatives for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, web, and offline events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Business Development) to bring creative briefs to life
• Develop branded assets for job fairs, career fests, pitch decks, brochures, banners, and more
• Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints
• Support in basic motion design, reels, or video-based content (a plus)
• Maintain organized asset libraries and deliver projects on time

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0–1.5 years in Graphic Design or Visual Communication

Skills:

• Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or Figma
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, layout sense, and visual thinking
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask across formats and deadlines
