Oliver+ is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Adapt and execute high-volume digital, print, and social content projects from brief to completion while ensuring compliance, consistency, and brand competitiveness
• Deliver creative solutions and fresh ideas within established client brand guidelines
• Manage the day-to-day execution of content design projects, ensuring delivery within specified timeframes and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
• Work with iconic beauty brands as part of a pioneering Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory initiative
• Support the integration of automation and AI tools to streamline content creation processes
• Contribute to setting new digital standards for online beauty experiences through innovative design and production approaches
• Ensure all creative output aligns with client objectives and maintains a high standard of visual and brand consistency

Requirements:

• Experience in Beauty and fashion Brand is a MUST 
• Must have E-com Experience 
• Producing design / ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion 
• Proactively monitor output quality, accuracy and consistency 
• Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts  
• Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation 
• Familiarity with automation production and knowledge of Figma and Otomo 
• Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output 
• Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence 
• Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service 
• Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client
• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships 
• An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills – full of ideas across multi-platforms 
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Motion and video skills using After Effects. & Premiere 
• An understanding of creating for responsive design across digital platforms incl. web, social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook) UI/UX and latest Social and Digital technology trends. 
• Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail 
• Ability to storyboard animation concepts 
• Basic skills in photography 
• Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
