ScaleX is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Develop and design compelling, high-converting ad creatives for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with each platform's unique requirements and audience.
• Ensure all designs adhere to our clients' brand guidelines and reflect our company's vision and ethos.
• Stay updated on the latest design and advertising trends, integrating innovative techniques into our campaigns.
• Work closely with our performance marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign strategies.
• Actively participate in feedback sessions, incorporating suggestions to enhance design work as needed.
• Regularly review past campaigns to glean insights for future designs, focusing on continual growth and enhancement.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives for social media.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to interpret performance data and adjust designs for maximum effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design perfection.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
