The house of rare is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Research, design and establish a distinct visual language for the brand
• Be accountable for the look, feel and persona of our brand across all channels
• Be able to understand business needs and turn them into compelling creative solutions
• Work under tight deadlines while overseeing multiple projects, owning the end-to-end project delivery
• Comfort in pitching ideas & present the creative vision clearly
• Ensure that all of the organization's creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand
• Obtain input from management, ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
• Conceptualise and design graphics for social media and other marketing channels
• Create posts, reels, stories and marketing content for social media and post them
• Adhere to the guidelines and changing trends of social media
• Create ads (based on requirements), upload ads and manage ads
• Ensure that ads are created and uploaded in all ad formats
• Maintain tracker sheet for all ads created and uploaded
• Understand basic ad performance metrics and work on improving them
• Create new creatives for ads in sync with past performance
• Responsible for all visual changes on website and app
• Maintain the aesthetic, brand language on website and app
• Provide visual content for e-mailers, web push and app push
• Contribute ideas for communicating events during special event days
• Be involved in shoots and communicate requirements during shoots
• Work with the design department to understand seasonal highlights and portray them visually
• Work in cohesion with other departments

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design and social media visual content creation
• Ability to manage end-to-end design processes under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of branding, visual aesthetics, and creative direction
• Experience in ad creation, uploading and performance tracking
• Familiarity with website and app design elements and visual consistency
• Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills
• Capability to align visuals with marketing, seasonal, and business needs
