Eninrac is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for various digital and print media platforms including social media, websites, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with project goals and brand identity.
• Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual assets while adhering to brand guidelines and project timelines.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) to develop high-quality designs.
• Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy accessibility and future reference.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance design quality and creativity.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design iterations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field along with a professional certification or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
• Fresher or 6 months of relevant work experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new design tools and techniques.
