Dewii is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support our branding strategy encompassing website design, content marketing, e-mail marketing, and trade shows through suitable creatives and design assets.
• Bring new ideas for design and content creation to improve DEWII brand reach and reception.
• Improve the efficiency of marketing operations by creating templates for various media assets such as blogs, social media posts, presentations, etc.
• Understand our audience across channels (website, social, affiliate, etc.) and customize creatives across these channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of relevant marketing or digital agency experience preferred.
• Graphic Designer by trade, and my photography skills (capturing and editing) is a strong plus.
• Proficient ideally in the following programs: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, HTML, etc. Experience with the entire Adobe CC Suite is a big plus.
• A creative and visual thinker with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate progress on assignments.
• Exceptional relationship skills with an ability to navigate a matrix organization
• Can confidently adapt to changing circumstances & priorities and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to produce results, moving projects forward with minimal supervision.
