Probo is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  Design engaging digital content for performance marketing campaigns, such as display ads, email templates, and landing pages.
• Assist in the development of visual assets for internal use, including presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve marketing efforts.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and marketing team members to refine and perfect designs.
• Maintain organized files and archives of design projects.

Requirements:

• Preferably an agency background with 1-2 years of proven experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Figma and other graphic design software.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take 100% ownership.
