• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating creative flair.
• Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, and copy teams to grasp campaign objectives and target demographics, ensuring unified design and messaging.
• Develop original concepts and designs that resonate with sports and events aesthetics.
• Modify designs to suit diverse requirements while maintaining consistency.
• Enhance designs based on feedback and evolving campaign needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within sports marketing and events.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital and physical design.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
