Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design engaging graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and presentations. 
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their needs. 
• Concept Development: Create design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes based on project briefs and client feedback. 
• Feedback Integration: Revise and adjust designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome. 
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. 
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure fresh and relevant design work. 
• File Preparation: Prepare and deliver final design files in appropriate formats for print or digital use. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. 
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe). 
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly. 
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines. 

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe and Photoshop) 
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS. 
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
