As a Graphic Design Intern at GrowAgro, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our mission and work in a collaborative and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital platforms, including social media, website, emails, and more.

● Develop graphics and illustrations that convey complex concepts in a simple and visually appealing manner.

● Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as banners, infographics, posters, flyers, and presentations.

● Work closely with the content team to ensure that design elements align with the overall content strategy and messaging.

● Help in designing branding elements, including logos, icons, and visual identity components.

● Stay updated with design trends and innovative techniques to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute design ideas and concepts for various campaigns.

● Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive design across all touchpoints.

● Receive feedback from the team and incorporate changes to continuously improve design quality.

Requirements:

● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

● Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.

● Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a startup culture.

● Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements is a plus.

● Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a 3 months internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability. Compensation will be provided in the form of stipend.
