• Assist customers with documentation and loan processing
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams for fast turnaround time (TAT)
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and conversions
• Participate in sales contests, training, and team-building activities
• Ensure a customer-centric approach throughout the sales cycle
• Achieve sales targets with focus on compliance and quality
