Sharda Motor Industries Limited is hiring for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work on micro-level activities progress tracking & support immediate manager with status reports on a daily basis.
- Update the status on the pending Gate deliverables of each project & update the status to the team, follow-ups/ reminders with the supplier.
- Drive part development and follow up with the supplier.
- Drive design and feasibility reviews with the CFT team.
- Ensure all project gates/milestones are meet without any red flags.
- Drive supplier PPAP, part cost actualization on time with a supplier.
- Drive Sub supplier PPAP on time.
Requirements:
- B.E
- Awareness of Quality tools, PPAP, APQP, etc
- Awareness about stamping and welding is a must
- Knowledge of press tools, Gauges and fixture development is a must
