Graduate Engineer Trainee Job in Pune at Emerson

Emerson is hiring for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Undergo training on technology and products offered by Industrial Software CoE.
• Some of the training would be self paced computer based training.
• Assist the assigned mentor on completion of project work or initiatives and activities the mentor assigns
• Report progress on periodic basis to mentor at Emerson as well as mentor assigned by the educational institute
• Work with mentor assigned by educational institute to complete all academic requirements
• Prepare and submit a compilation / report of work performed as well as learnings on conclusion of internship to Emerson assigned mentor as well as mentor assigned by educational institute. 

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write and speak with fluency in English
• Ability to work with a team towards successful delivery of project or initiative 
• Ability to read P&IDs, PFDs 
• Ability to work with proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel , MS PowerPoint and Visio • Ability and willingness to undergo technical as well as soft skills training as assigned by mentors
• Knowledge of fundamentals of unit operations and process, process equipment design, numerical analysis methods and industrial stoichiometry 
• Experience in Microsoft Excel VBA Macro Development and/or Microsoft Access
