Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Support senior project managers in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues, offering proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Assist in conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management to enhance skills and knowledge  

Requirements:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA, Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools is a plus.
• Prior internship or coursework in project management is desirable but not required
