ARM is hiring for the role of Graduate Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Contributing to Memory architecture and Memory compiler development.
• Transistor-level full-custom designing and collaboration with the physical design team for layout realization.
• Developing new features, improvements, and optimizations in order to meet Performance, Power, and Area targets.
• Coordinating memory characterization activities and analyzing results.
• Ensuring high-quality and high-performance memory designs with the lowest possible power as needed for Arm CPUs, GPUs, and SOCs.

Requirements:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory designs/ characterizations
• Experience in complex circuit designs like Read and Write Assist, Power Gating, BIST, SCAN chains, and Redundancy
• Strong understanding of Memory Margining, Design methodologies, and other related verifications like CCK, ESPCV, etc.
• Experience in Memory Characterization, Critical path modeling, setup/hold and other timing, PPA components
• Strong interest and expertise in CMOS circuit design, Diodes, RC Circuits, and Digital Design elements e.g. Flip-Flops, Latches, Decoders, Multiplexers
• Hands-on experience and understanding of the latest cutting-edge technology nodes
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive outlook
• Organized and exhibits attention to detail
