Gold Loan Officer Job in Mohali at RBL Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new customers for gold loan products through field visits, referrals, and branch walk-ins
• Evaluate gold ornaments for purity, weight, and value using standard appraisal techniques
• Process loan applications and ensure proper documentation as per company policies
• Disburse loans within defined TAT while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Maintain records of pledged gold and ensure its safe handling and storage
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up with customers for timely collections
• Cross-sell other financial products such as insurance or savings accounts
• Ensure adherence to KYC norms, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
