J.P. Morgan India is hiring for the role of Goals-based Planning Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engaged in advising on the usage of Goals-based Planning framework and analytical wealth planning tools involving Monte-Carlo simulation, to better enable advisor teams to engage with clients and prospects 
• Guide advisor teams on how to structure and present complex Goals-based Planning analyses in a simple-to-understand, conversational manner
• Help train Advisor teams on an ongoing basis around a Goals-based Planning framework and analytical solutions/concepts
• Create bespoke analyses in unique and complex client situations while engaging with clients to explain the analyses, as and if required   
• Assist model owners in supporting tool upkeep including meeting risk and review requirements for all models and tools
• Provide ongoing assistance on various internal learning articles around Goals-based planning and associated concepts 

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of work experience in a Global Advisory setting, deep knowledge, and a keen interest in financial markets and investments
• MBA in finance from a Tier 1/2 college with a bachelor’s degree from a top university, preferably in a specialized and/or quantitative discipline such as finance and investments, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in communicating complex analyses in a client-friendly way
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and quantitative/mathematical aptitude, with the ability to ask questions and understand the true nature of the problem presented
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly and complete open-ended, complex projects
• Hard-working with the ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and focus on efficiency 
• Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Master’s degree and/or progress toward the CFA or CFP designation is a plus
• MBA preferred
