Reelo Technologies is hiring for the role of Go-To-Market Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own and scale growth initiatives across content, social, email, and product marketing.
• Create and repurpose content for blogs, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), email, and in-app, using AI tools for maximum leverage.
• Design and run experiments from lead magnets and nurture sequences to cold outreach, partnerships, and paid campaigns.
• Build and manage a campaign calendar to keep the GTM engine always-on.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure impact on leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Continuously explore and implement AI tools for content creation, automation, personalization, and analytics.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to bring compelling narratives and growth stories to life.

Requirements:

• Experience (1-2 years preferred) in growth, content, or product marketing, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Strong understanding of growth funnels (awareness → activation → conversion).
• Deep familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, content, and analytics.
• Proven ability to experiment, measure, and iterate quickly.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• A founder-like mindset, you take ownership, challenge norms, and make things happen.
