Vodafone Idea Limited is hiring for the role of GM - Retention & Collection Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• To influence people and work in a  matrix structure
• Responsible for National VBS A/c’s (HQ) receivables for all Circles
• Improve customer retention by driving higher efficiency and productivity at FOS & Retail.
• Manage Local Outbound, Retail and FOS team to drive retention.
• Effective Partner / Vendor management to drive retention across zones.
• Keep a close eye on customer insight, Market & competition watch
• Enhance Digital adoption through Retention of FOS and Retail touch points.
• Share FOS/Retail Churn/Retention performance on a regular basis with all stakeholders.
• High-Value base management ensures optimal retention and collections.

Requirements:

• Credit risk management for Consumer & Enterprise
• Receivables management (Collection expertise)
• Sound accounting/process / systems knowledge/experience
• Strategic thinking ability
• Capability to influence cross-functionally under a matrix structure
• Hands-on experience of customer life cycle management.
• Exposure to customer retention role.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Partner / Vendor Management.
