Paychex is hiring for the role of Global Services Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Audits, monitors, and coordinates data sources, reviews for accuracy, and completeness, and inputs changes to ensure compliance with payroll processing guidelines.
  • Researches, documents, and responds to questions and issues from payroll specialists and supervisors related to Direct Deposit compliance ensuring timely feedback.
  • Reviews, researches, and assists other departments with reconciliation of Direct Deposit audit discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.
  • Audit, monitor, and coordinate data sources for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review data for compliance with payroll processing guidelines and input changes as necessary.
  • Research, document, and respond to questions and issues related to Direct Deposit compliance.
  • Provide timely feedback to payroll specialists and supervisors on Direct Deposit-related matters.
    Review and research discrepancies in Direct Deposit audits, assisting other departments in reconciliation efforts.
  • Ensure accuracy in the resolution of discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to address and resolve issues related to Direct Deposit compliance.
  • Provide support and assistance to ensure smooth coordination between different functions.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma - Preferred.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in Office Setting.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to review and assess data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to respond to questions, document findings, and provide feedback.

  • Ability to research and address issues, offering effective solutions to ensure compliance.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of tasks within the role.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing guidelines and compliance requirements.
