Brainlabs is hiring for the role of Global Resourcing Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support our regions globally by planning resource allocations for our teams
- Project managing new resource requests, coordinating across multiple Brainlabs locations
- Own and deliver trends and analysis, to provide recommendations on future people planning
- Act as the relationship manager between our lead and supporting regions
- Drive sustainable growth by maximizing utilization of our supporting regions in India and LATAM
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Resource Planning and/or a process management function
- Strong communicator and can lead conversations
- You are comfortable with handling large data sets and can independently present and analyze your findings
- Have experience collaborating with colleagues in EMEA and/or North America
- Display a strong attention to detail
- Ideally have experience in Global Media/Data/Advertising agencies
