Google is hiring for the role of Global Planning and Logistics Coordinator-Business Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize inventory levels by balancing inventory costs against the risk of stockouts, ensuring product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
• Analyze demand trends and seasonality implemented through SAP’s Integrated Business Planning tools to streamline processes, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance visibility.
• Support global transportation management by reviewing rates, and carrier mix to optimize the logistics network, and ensure efficient, optimal, and timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers by building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Drive Supply Chain continuous improvement opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operation, Business Operations, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience with demand planning software, transportation management systems, and warehouse management systems.
• Experience working in a technology, manufacturing, or retail environment.
• Experience with vendor negotiations/management in a high-technology environment.
• Experience with SAP/similar ERP systems.
