Global Mobility - Assistant Manager Job in Chennai at Prodapt

• Manage end to end assignment life cycle from initiation, on-assignment operations to repatriation
• An active interface between HRBP, Payroll, C&B, travel team and external vendors for managing employee life cycle in term of getting work permit, visa, repatriation, C&B related issues, immigration extensions, on Assignment pre-boarding setup
• Handle work permits and immigration compliances for UK and Europe region
• Update and track data in the tool and trackers
• Preparation of monthly report & dashboard
• Liaising with Law Firms, Immigration Authorities and Consulates
• Work closely on HR mobility compliance for entire Europe region

Requirements:

• Hands on experience in end-to-end assignment management life cycle for Europe
• Payroll and mobility compliances are desired skills
• Experience in handling Work Permits & Business Visas for other countries (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or related fields
• Knowledge of America & APAC immigration is good to have skill
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation and commitment
• High on moral and integrity
• Should be able to work with limited supervision
• Ability to work independently, under high pressure and perform within SLA
• Regional HR, Business Heads, COE teams, HRBP, Travel & vendors
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
