Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is hiring for the role of Global LX Development Assistant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Uploading and maintaining courses within BCG's LMS, ensuring consistent application of best practices across BCG's content library
• Supporting testing of technical integration with other BCG systems
• Providing technical support to troubleshoot any issues with modules
• Creating channels and learning journeys on BCG’s Learning Experience Platform
• Acting as an SME to support other curators on the platform
• Supporting testing of technical integration with other BCG systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferred in eLearning content production, multimedia support, or other L&D-related activities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience developing content in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise,
• Evolve or other similar tools)
• Deep understanding of SCORM packaging standards
• Experience in basic level LMS administration preferably Saba Cloud
• Experience in basic level LXP administration preferably Edcast
• Experience in basic level Prezi development preferred.
• Experience with multimedia production editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Audacity, or other similar software packages) preferred.
