Global Learning Experience Development Assistant Job in Gurgaon at Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

BCG is hiring for the role of Global Learning Experience Development Assistant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferred in eLearning content production, multimedia support, or other L&D related activities
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience developing content in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Evolve Authoring or other similar tools)
• Deep understanding of SCORM packaging standards
• Experience in basic level LMS administration preferably Saba Cloud
• Experience in basic level LXP administration preferably Edcast
• Experience in basic level Prezi development preferred
• Experience with multimedia production editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Audacity, or other similar software packages) preferred

Requirements:

• Excellent and fluent English language skills, both written and oral
• Strong organizational and time management skills across time zones with strong attention to detail, including ability to multi-task and adapt to last minute changes and needs
• Strong customer focus; responsive to queries in a consistent manner and with a sense of urgency
• Highest level of integrity expected, treating all HR-related information as confidential
• Ownership of own work and proactive in driving new ideas
• Effective collaboration in a virtual environment, while at the same time demonstrating ownership and drive, is essential
• Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG's values and culture
