BCG is hiring for the role of Global IT Endpoint Engineer Senior Specialist

Responsibilities of the candidates:

• As Platform Engineer in the Personal Productivity tribe, you will be part of an Agile team focused on identifying key computer peripherals (for Windows & Mac) to improve the experience, efficiency, and effectiveness for BCGers worldwide.
• Define and continuously refine a set of standard laptop peripherals based on user requirements, testing and feedback, and compatibility with existing standards, such as laptop models and Operating System versions/configurations.
• Ensure that the firmware and software used to control standard peripherals are adequate for use, compatible with existing hardware and software standards, meet security requirements, and can be configured to optimize user experience.
• Help write knowledge base articles and user guides that make it easier for BCGers to choose, set up, use, and troubleshoot their hardware, as needed.

Requirements:

• CompTIA A+ certified
• Prior experience in a global enterprise IT Engineering role.
• Working knowledge or familiarly with enterprise grade computer hardware, including laptops (Windows and/or Mac) and peripherals.
• Familiarity or experience working in an Agile organization, a plus.
