Bank of America is hiring for the role of Global Investment Banking Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and maintaining complex financial models
• Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
• Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Preparation of presentation and other materials for clients
• Participation in due diligence sessions, communications, and interaction with deal team members
• Management of several projects at once and working effectively as an individual and as part of a team. Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product, and country coverage groups, providing you with a unique learning opportunity
• Help the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities
• Develop and leverage upon a truly global network -  learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm, and colleagues from around the globe
• Build relationships, knowledge, and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career options and opportunities

Requirements:

• Final year Undergraduate/Master’s student with outstanding academic achievement
• Must demonstrate a track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
• Demonstrate a combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
• Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communication skills
• Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, team focus
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities. Comfortable with change and adjusting to changing demands and requirements
• Demonstrates energy & drive and dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry
• Fluency in English is essential
