Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to support data reporting and organizational management processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across global HR systems.Contribute to the execution of HR data initiatives, including data uploads and reconciliation.
- Support compliance with internal and external standards, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Participate in projects and cyclical events, delivering high-quality data solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve data processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR data management, reporting, or a related field. Exposure to global HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM) is a plus.
