Global Finance Support Executive Job in Bangalore at Momentive Performance Materials

Momentive is hiring for the role of Global Finance Support Executive!

Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Drive yourself & work closely with team members toward delivering routine deliverables
• Support senior team members in daily & monthly accounting activities
• Deliver periodic activities (Bank Reconciliations, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Payroll, VAT, etc) on time and accurately
• Support in reviewing and posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month-end closing, preparing various reports as required by business, and supporting audits
• Ensure the accuracy of the process/activities being handled. Work closely with the Line Manager in ensuring timely and quality service to business and improve the efficiency of the processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
• 0-2years finance experience in an industrial/finance setting
• Understanding of accounting concepts
• Fluency in English is required
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Experience in SAP
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
• Reporting Skills
• Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI, will be an added advantage
