Global Corporate Costs Analyst Job in Gurgaon at BlackRock

BlackRock is hiring for the role of Global Corporate Costs Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Accurately record various categories of Corporate Costs in Oracle within the AMRS and EMEA regions.
• Deal with ad-hoc queries received from FP&A / FPR relating to certain costs.
• Submit Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss analytical review on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and review relevant balance sheet reconciliations within the Oracle system.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and special requests.
• Support the requests from both external and internal audits.
• Assess current processes & procedures proactively and critically, suggesting improvements and implementing them.
• Provide active support for ad hoc projects/issues as requested.
• Ensure strong controls and procedures are in place in relation to the general ledger.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Accounting or other degrees in the related field.
• Part Qualified accountant CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong willingness to learn with a high level of motivation and adaptability.
• Initiative and confidence to identify potential process improvement opportunities and help deliver benefits to the business.
• Ideally, the candidate would have 3+ years previous experience of working within financial services, ideally within Investment Management, or public and multi-national firms.
• Experience in accounting systems, processes, and controls is also beneficial.
