Global Compliance Systems & Data Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Eastman

Eastman is hiring for the role of  Global Compliance Systems & Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Focus on Product Safety (SDS distribution, Report management, Report Template maintenance, master data management) and quarterly releases of regulatory content.
• Responsible for assessing necessary reviews for business scenarios and assigning approvers in the product commercialization role.
• Ensure smooth workflow and collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Business to address and resolve order blocks for efficient operations.
• Participate in Compliance Meetings and Audits to demonstrate commitment to regulatory standards.
• Provide vital reports using Power BI to support Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) assessments and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor PDM performance and Commercialization turnaround times.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Business English, both written and verbal.
• Background in SAP Product Compliance (EHS) is highly recommended, including a good understanding of SAP Report Management and SAP Report Shipping.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong initiative and follow-through skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Preferred 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• A basic understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements, as well as hazard communication (GHS), is helpful.
