Deloitte is hiring for the role of  Global Audit Compliance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor and manage global non-U.S. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) inspection activities.
• Compile and maintain inspection data and information repositories.
• Apply standard procedures when reviewing information related to non-U.S. PCAOB inspection support activities.
• Maintain and enhance tools, guidance, and processes for non-U.S. firm PCAOB inspections to support Deloitte Member Firms.
• Draft weekly and monthly status reports on non-U.S. inspection activities for global leadership.
• Examine and analyze inspection trends and prepare periodic reporting for DTTL leadership.
• Research and interpret regulatory rules, regulations, and accounting/audit standards.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites related to inspection data and workflows.
• Develop data and reports using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and possibly Power BI.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills — manage multiple tasks/projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Work independently and remotely; take initiative with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Work within cross-functional and cross-border teams, coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and deliverables with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively via telephone, email, instant messaging — both written and spoken English.
• Use appropriate research tools and regulatory databases (e.g. SEC / regulatory / audit oversight resources) — familiarity is a plus.

Requirements:

• MBA / PGDBM (Finance / Commerce / International Business) or MCom degree.
• Prior audit or regulatory compliance experience — CPA or CA or previous audit exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; ability to evaluate business scenarios and regulatory landscapes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is required.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English), with clarity in reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, report preparation, and deliverables.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and the capacity to handle pressure periods while maintaining quality.
